Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unworn shoes with original packaging
  • Items with tags still attached
  • Products in original, resalable condition

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Sale items marked as final sale

How to Return

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact our support team at returns@solestyle.com or use our chatbot to start your return process. You'll receive a return authorization number.

Step 2: Pack Your Items

Place items in original packaging or a secure box. Include your return authorization number and original packing slip.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label we'll email you. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

Size or Color Exchange

Need a different size or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Standard Returns: Free return shipping within the US using our prepaid label.

International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
